It’s almost a foreign concept these days: working at the same company for years. Whether it’s the pursuit of a role that’s both fulfilling and exciting, a strategy for growing income more quickly, or the need for a change of pace, today’s employees are job-hopping their way through life.

And while millennials are most often associated with switching jobs, a 2017 report from Pew Research Center found that their tendencies are actually on par with their Gen X counterparts. And 64 percent of respondents of a 2018 poll by global staffing firm Robert Half think job-hopping can be beneficial.

But for those people looking to get comfortable and stay a while, there are companies who want to help. Job site Indeed just listed the best companies for job security and career advancement, based on ratings and reviews.

Surprisingly, there’s not a tech company in sight. Here’s who did come out on top:

1. In-N-Out Burger
2. Costco Wholesale
3. HEB
4. Publix
5. QuikTrip
6. Kaiser Permanente
7. Wegmans
8. C.R. England
9. FedEx Express
10. Keller Williams Realty
11. Southwest Airlines
12. Network Capital Funding Corporation
13. Starbucks
14. UPS
15. American Airlines

As a whole, these employers stood out for their commitment to training and development opportunities, from employee scholarship and management trainee programs to internal professional development courses.

What set the west-coast burger chain apart? “They were extremely education oriented and promoted advancement to help their associates reach their highest potential,” wrote one employee.
