Aditi Javeri Gokhale on Building Leadership During a Time of Recovery

2020 was a year defined by challenges and change. And for many of us, the challenges were immense — not only were family needs top of mind, so was leading at work during unprecedented times.  

But the best part of turning a chapter on a new year is taking what you’ve learned and using it to spark transformation. That was a theme of the Forbes Power Women’s Summit in December, where Aditi Javeri Gokhale, Chief Commercial Officer and President, Investment Products and Services, joined other corporate changemakers to discuss how business leaders can move forward with vision and innovation as they pave the road to recovery.
